[ ] The PDF page size matches the intended finished size.
[ ] Background colors and photos extend through the required bleed area.
[ ] Logos, text, and essential details sit comfortably inside the trim line.
[ ] Photos are sharp enough at the size they will actually print.
[ ] Small text and fine lines remain readable at 100% zoom.
[ ] Fonts are embedded, outlined when appropriate, or otherwise preserved in the PDF.
[ ] Booklet and multi-page files are in normal reading order, not printer spreads.
[ ] Unwanted comments, guides, form fields, and hidden objects are removed.
[ ] The file name clearly identifies the project and version.
[ ] Your request includes quantity, size, color, sides, stock, finish, and deadline.

Use the approved product template and specification.
Open and inspect the exported PDF before sending it.
