Conference banners, booklets and flyers for ArtAICare.
ArtAICare needed conference materials across three formats: banners for display, booklets for a longer read and flyers for handouts. Charlotte-Print produced the coordinated set from customer-supplied artwork, with printing and finishing completed in October 2026.

The finished print set
Three formats, one coordinated project.
The display pieces and handouts share the customer’s supplied branding. Here are the quantities and finishing specifications we produced.
50 coil-bound booklets
32 pages at 5.5 × 8.5 inches, printed full color on both sides with full bleed. The specification pairs 28 lb inside pages with 100 lb covers and black coil binding.

500 glossy flyers
Single-sided, full-color flyers at 5.5 × 8.5 inches on 40 lb glossy stock, using the customer’s supplied artwork.

A banner for the platform and a banner for the academy.
The two retractable banners present different parts of ArtAICare’s work. Each vinyl banner has its own stand and carrying bag for transport between uses.
The studio images make the printed designs easier to see. They are AI-assisted presentations of the completed banners, with the person and shop background removed.

Conference print has more than one job to do. For this project, we produced two vinyl retractable banners. Fifty full-bleed, coil-bound booklets carried the longer read. And five hundred glossy flyers completed the handouts. Client-supplied artwork. Printed by Charlotte Print.
