Print project guidelines
Practical expectations for quotes, proofs, files, timing, and pickup
Uploading begins a quote request
Sending files does not authorize printing or create a final price. We review the requested product, quantity, size, color, material, finishing, artwork, and deadline before confirming the job.
Proof and specification approval
Production begins after the price, timing, specifications, and proof or production-ready file are approved. Please check names, dates, phone numbers, addresses, spelling, page order, final size, and quantities carefully. Approval means the supplied content and agreed production details are ready to print.
Turnaround timing
Same-day and next-day service is available for qualifying projects, but it is not automatic. Timing depends on when the file and complete specifications arrive, proof approval, quantity, stock and material availability, finishing, and current production capacity. For a firm event or job-site deadline, include the date and time in the request and call before relying on rush service.
Files, bleed, and image quality
A correctly sized, high-resolution PDF is preferred for most work. Artwork that reaches a cut edge generally needs bleed; images should have enough resolution at final size; and fonts should be embedded or outlined when appropriate. We flag obvious production concerns, but customers remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of supplied content.
Color expectations
Colors can look different between phones, monitors, office printers, paper stocks, and production devices. A digital proof primarily confirms content and layout, not an exact physical color match. Tell us before approval if color matching is critical so we can discuss appropriate options.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us immediately if a job needs to change or stop. Once materials have been ordered, setup has begun, or production is underway, some costs may already apply. We will explain the status and available options before continuing whenever possible.
Production concerns and reprints
Inspect the order promptly and contact us with the order details and photographs if something appears inconsistent with the approved specification. We review concerns based on the approved proof, supplied file, agreed production details, and finished pieces.
Artwork rights and appropriate content
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have permission to reproduce the supplied text, photographs, logos, trademarks, and other content. We may decline work that appears unlawful, unsafe, infringing, or outside our production capabilities.
Uploaded files and pickup
Uploaded files are kept private as described in our privacy policy. Keep your own copy of every file. Wait for a readiness confirmation before traveling to the store. Pickup is at 3020-I Prosperity Church Rd, Charlotte, NC 28269, inside the ups store.
