The print set

The approved job included 106 printed pieces, with personalized and blank cards for the event team.
Folded table cards
20 personalized and 10 blank, printed on heavyweight matte white stock. Each 3.5 × 4-inch flat card was scored and folded to 3.5 × 2 inches.
Dinner menus
Double-sided, 4.25 × 8.5 inches, printed on 100 lb white cover and trimmed to the finished size.
Discussion cards
Double-sided, 6 × 4 inches, printed on 100 lb white cover with the event artwork on the front and discussion prompts on the reverse.

Figma supplied the designs. Charlotte-Print handled file review, production layout, printing and finishing.
We checked the artwork against the order, flagged quantity and template inconsistencies, and raised text-spacing and missing-branding issues for correction before production. The client supplied revised files for the approved print run.
